A market briefing was held in Baloy, Cagayan de Oro City by Johndorf for all the real estate brokers and real estate salespersons yesterday January 28, 2012. It was around 11:00 in the morning when the marketing staffs of Johndorf assist in the registration of participants. It wasn’t quite bad, real estate salespersons and brokers from different realties made the conference room totally full.
Before the briefing started, the company prepared a very scrumptious lunch for everybody. After satisfying the hungry tummies, market briefing started at exactly 1:00 in the afternoon. The speaker was Ms. Teresita Alforque, the Johndorf Consultant and the presence of the Vice President, Mr. Johnson D. Lim who also helped presenting the important information of their project that real estate practitioners should know.
The market briefing was about the on-going projects of Johndorf such as the opening of Block 22 of Bellevue Subdivision in Upper Carmen with 21 units and Block 25 with 38 units. In Block 22, the model house is called NOVA with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilet. In Block 25 it is called AVA house with 4 bedrooms and 3 toilet and bath. What is unique of AVA house compared to other model units of Bellevue is the bathtub in the toilet of the Master’s bedroom.
Johndorf has a new project coming, it is another residential housing called BREEZA and that would be built in Upper Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro adjacent to Bellevue Subdivision. The subdivision will cater 400 comfortable and livable units for the residents.
On the other side, they are now starting the 7-storey Granvia Suites just beside the Granvia Residences. It is offering 3 preferences for the buyers like studio type, one bedroom and 2 bedroom units.
Just an update on the PAG-IBIG Citihomes in Malanang, Opol, Cagayan de Oro, the Phase 4 will be opened with 100 units. The company is planning to hire a Geo Hazard Specialist for the changing of plan in the drainage system just to secure and be sure that the place won’t be affected and be flooded in case there is another big calamity that will happen in Cagayan. So far, the projects of Johndorf had not been flooded ever since they started to develop, so no worries for another Sendong typhoon!
There are few projects in Cebu and Davao that the Vice President shared but I guess I will share it next time.
The last things they tackled about are the “Sales and Marketing New Directions and Salient Changes“. There will be a re-accreditation of Brokers, revised guidelines in the acceptance of reservation, new commission structure and sales activities.
